This knowledge, which has been used by healers worldwide for centuries, is presented to children in simple language and appealing line drawings. The four invisible bodies contain the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives of a human being. Following each diagram are suggestions for caring for that body, in terms that ring true for counsellors, teachers and spiritual leaders. FAQs introduce world-wide teachings to assist our appreciation of past and present spiritual leaders.
